We hope you love your purchase from Instock, we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt please inspect your order and if you receive an item which is not according to the committed specification or faulty at the time of delivery you can only exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order as we do not accept returns. You can also get a credit voucher which will be redeemable in future against any product available in store. - While applying for exchange please note You are only eligible to exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be Unused and must be in their original packing with all tags intact.
- Customer is Liable for appropriate packing of items so that we receive them back undamaged
- Please send back the invoice for the extraction of customer's information
- As soon as we receive your items back our customer care team will contact you for processing of your exchange
- The shipping cost in case of Return/Exchange will be paid by the customer
- We do not offer Refund of in terms cash, customer can exchange product with any other product or can be issued with a credit voucher for any future purchase.
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via call with your COD amount as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
Instock holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Instock does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your article. Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy for this.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of same value, which can be used immediately or in the future.
